BTW they lowered the drink price in the Plum Lounge. They are charging at the entry, no bar just a cooler on wheels, drinks are more expensive, food was bland except for chicken, no salt and pepper shakers on the table, no bottled water.

The whole point is that we walked in the door prepared to entertain ourselves with the $35,000 we brought, yet ended up gambling it in Columbus because Hard Rock had no respect for first-time visitors. However, we did play for a few minutes for $200, then left and went back to Columbus. It was so insulting that we almost turned around and walked out the door! We literally drove all the way from Columbus to Cincinnati (109 miles) to explore this casino only to be offerred $10 free play for our first visit.
